All productions should be requested at least 5–7 days in advance.
You do not need to be present for productions unless you prefer to be at the property.
If it’s your first production with Content Studios, our professionals are happy to meet you on-site.
We take sun and weather into consideration when scheduling and monitor as the production shoots approach to reschedule if necessary.

Deliver

Finally, we transfer your compelling, timely content to continue to engage key stakeholders and accelerate projects.

We send a confirmation email with a download and payment link containing all final assets for your property

Matterport 3D virtual tours are delivered in 24–48 business hours.
Property showcasing and aerial videos are delivered in 5–7 business days.
Interactive rendering tours are delivered in 5–10 business days.
Rendering images are delivered in 5–7 business days.
Rendering animation videos are delivered in 5–30 business days.
As-built scans vary depending on project size and complexity.
Floor and Site Plans take 3–5 business days.

Licensing & Hosting Agreements

Our licensing agreement is structured so that Content Studios retains ownership of assets while you get unlimited usage for all promotional purposes across all marketing outlets for a set period of time. We provide one year of free hosting.
